Virginia Park Lodge in County Cavan is a standout wedding venue for me.  I travelled here for Graham & Kate's summer wedding.  The setting is simply stunning.  Set on 150 acres of lush Irish countryside and overlooking Lough Ramor.  It has all the forests & gardens you could wish for.  The main house is steeped in history which can be tastefully seen throughout.  The interiors & fine details are D-vine.  When I find myself taking photographs of wallpaper, that's when I know it's beautiful.  This is one of those wedding venues where you hope against hope that you are a guest.  If not for the beauty, then for the food.  With Michelin Star chef, Richard Corrigan, in the kitchen, you know you are in for a treat.  Even just thinking back to this wedding I feel relaxed.  Graham & Kate set the laid-back tone of the day.  Guests will always thank you for this.  As will I as your photographer.  Every moment was enjoyed and savoured.  I hope I am back in Virginia a lot more.
